A Preview of Ella's Amazing Artwork

Today I HAVE to share these amazing pictures Ella coloured.  She spent most of Harrison's nap time doing this artwork.  Over the past few months, Ella's artwork has really improved.  She used to take her crayon or marker and run them back and forth across the entire page.  She also spent about 10 seconds on each picture before moving on to the next.  We were so impressed with her colouring below mostly because she focused on colouring the actual picture.  She also stuck with it (for the most part) until she was done colouring the picture.  I'd say it's pretty darn good for an almost three-year-old.

OK - look at this one.  She coloured in the square while most children would colour the people.  I have one word to describe this....'gifted'.

Harrison is also showing some talent in the art department.  He used the baby markers from Crayola to create this masterpiece.  His strategic use of colour here is pretty advanced for a 14-month-old.  I'm pretty sure he had no help from Daddy...or very little help anyway.

In addition to showing us his colouring talent, Harry also spends his time riding around on his helicopter toy...and getting stuck in odd places.

Although he's stuck, he is still pretty happy to have his picture taken!

That's about all I have to share for today.

Thanks for reading :D
